CASp Inspections

We bring buildings back to life.

Our company understands the  value of revitalization. As a Certified Access Specialist (CASp), we offer inspections for accessibility compliance on new and existing buildings. To us, buildings that are no longer operable because of accessibility issues are projects with possibilities.

Our Plan of Action

By diligently completing the inspection, we can deliver the appropriate report that determines applicable standards a site needs to meet.

Review

We review the facility plans and specifications for compliance with state and federal accessibility laws, standards, codes, and regulations.

Investigate

We visit the site and investigate the facility for compliance with state and federal accessibility laws, standards, codes, and regulations.

Research

We conduct accessibility research, prepare accessibility reports, and/or conduct accessibility inspections as authorized.

Issuance

We issue inspection reports. If the inspection is in accordance with the requirements of Civil Code section 55.53, we will issue a Disability Access Inspection Certificate.

Existing Facilities

With a CASp investigation, we can help determine for code compliance that may reduce financial liability from statutory damages for future claims.

New Developments

We provide a detailed oriented review of the construction documents. This can be a marker for avoiding construction-related accessibility lawsuit.
